The Future of D.C. Housing
DC has built a ton of housing over the last 20 years, but it’s mostly been in a small number of neighborhoods — and the city still has a big housing shortage. Why did it develop like this? And what’s next? GW University’s Leah Brooks studies this for a living, and she’s here to talk to us about some pretty remarkable new research.
