DC Councilmember Christina Henderson joined us to talk through the Congressional bills currently targeting the District, Eleanor Holmes Norton’s poor performance last Wednesday, and about whether Mayor Muriel Bowser and the rest of our elected officials are up to the unprecedented challenge.
